The other day I found myself thinking about something so simple that most of us hardly notice it anymore—a wave.
Not the kind that crashes onto a beach. The kind that happens between neighbors.
Someone walking a dog looks up and waves. A person watering flowers pauses for just a second to acknowledge someone passing by. A child rides a bicycle through the neighborhood and waves to the gentleman sitting on his front porch.
They're small moments.
Easy to overlook.

It doesn't take much effort, but it has a way of reminding us that we're surrounded by people, not just houses.
Whether you've lived in your neighborhood for twenty years or moved in last week, you have the opportunity to make your community just a little warmer.
Maybe today you'll be the first one to wave.
Real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes. It's about helping people find a place where they feel connected, welcomed, and at home. Sometimes those connections begin with something as simple as a friendly wave.
With more than 35 years of real estate experience and 7 years in mortgage lending, I provide buyers, sellers, and investors with knowledgeable guidance, expert negotiation, and proven results. Over th....
